Equity-Indexed Annuity Examples
An example of an equity-indexed annuity linked to the S&P 500: This annuity has a base rate of 3% and an upside cap of 9%. In this example if the S&P 500 goes up by 25% you will earn 9%. However, if the S&P 500 goes down by 15% you will still earn your 3%; if the S&P 500 goes up by 6% you will still earn 6%. At the end of the term you can pull out your principal as well as all interest you earned. Please contact us for further questions.
